Gain Arcade is a marketplace. We connect buyers who want a service performed in a game with sellers who perform it, hold the payment for the buyer while the work happens, and release it when the buyer confirms.

We are not a party to the service itself. We do not employ sellers, we do not supervise how they work, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any game publisher. Game names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used here only to describe what a listing is for.

Gain Arcade operates an online marketplace that facilitates transactions between independent buyers and sellers. Sellers, not Gain Arcade, provide and sell the listed goods or services. Gain Arcade acts as an intermediary and may facilitate payment collection and settlement through third-party payment service providers.

Where we act, we act as the sellers' limited payment collection agent: your payment to Gain Arcade discharges your payment obligation to the seller, and the seller must look to us, not to you, for their money.

The seller named on a listing is the seller of record for that order. Where a listing is fulfilled by a team, the verified seller account that owns the team is the seller of record, and remains so regardless of which member carries out the work.

You must be 18 or older to buy or sell. Sellers must complete identity verification before any payout, including legal name, date of birth and residential address, and must provide the tax documentation required in their jurisdiction.

We carry out sanctions and politically-exposed-person screening as part of seller verification, and we may decline, restrict or close an account, and may withhold a payout, where we are legally required to or where screening raises a concern. We do not serve users in jurisdictions we are prohibited from serving.

One person, one account. Accounts are not transferable and may not be sold.

Account sharing and boosting breach the terms of service of most competitive games. Publishers may suspend, restrict or permanently ban accounts for it, and they may do so at any time, including long after an order is complete.

You accept that risk when you order a piloted service. No guarantee we or a seller makes changes what a publisher may do, and neither we nor the seller can restore a banned account.

Self-play and coaching services, where you play your own account, do not require you to share credentials and carry materially less risk. They are labelled as such on every listing.

Sellers must not use cheats, scripts, exploits, bot lobbies, account-generation tools or any third-party software that automates play. Doing so is grounds for immediate permanent removal. Funds not yet paid out may be withheld, reversed, or applied to refunds, chargebacks or other amounts owed, to the extent permitted by applicable law, and affected buyers are refunded.

You can pay by debit or credit card, including through a digital wallet such as Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device and our payment provider both support it, or by PayPal. The methods available to you are shown at checkout, and only methods that will actually work are offered.

All payments are processed by third-party payment service providers. Card payments are handled by our card processor and PayPal payments by PayPal. We do not receive or store your card number.

If you pay through PayPal, that payment is also governed by your agreement with PayPal, and PayPal may offer you its own buyer protection and dispute process separately from ours. Using PayPal's process instead of ours is your right, but we ask you to open a dispute here first, because the order record we hold is what resolves most complaints fastest.

All amounts are in US dollars. We do not accept or pay out in cryptocurrency.

Buyers pay the listed price plus a marketplace service fee, both shown in full in the cart before checkout. Sellers pay a commission on completed orders only; the current rates are published on the fees page and may change on 30 days' notice for listings created after the change.

GainGuard is our buyer and seller protection. It holds the money safely until the work is done, and steps in if something goes wrong.

Funds are held until the buyer confirms delivery, a review window passes after delivery without a response, or a dispute is resolved. The review window is three days for most orders and seven days for an account sale, and it is shown on the order.

Holding funds this way is a payment-processing arrangement, not a deposit account: it is not a bank account, it is not insured, it earns no interest for either party, and neither party may assign or borrow against it.

Opening a dispute freezes the funds in both directions until it is decided. While an order is disputed, neither the buyer nor the seller can move the money, and it cannot be released to the seller.

After an order is released, the seller's share clears before it can be withdrawn. The clearing period covers the window in which a card payment can still be charged back. It is five days for most categories and forty-five days for top-ups, and an order flagged by our fraud checks can carry an additional hold of up to twenty-one days.

A seller must complete identity verification before any withdrawal, whatever their balance shows.

Withdrawals are seller-initiated, or follow a schedule the seller sets. Payouts are made to a verified payout method through a third-party payout provider, which onboards the seller and holds their bank details. The payout methods available to you are shown on your payouts page, and only methods we can actually deliver to are offered. Available methods, minimums and fees vary and may change; they are shown in full before a withdrawal is confirmed.

A seller balance can only be paid out to that same seller. It cannot be transferred to another user, spent on the marketplace, or topped up. It is a record of what a completed order has earned, not a stored balance.

Disputes must be opened through the order before it completes. We decide them on the record in the order chat and the order timeline, which is why communication has to stay on the platform. The refunds and disputes policy sets out how, and is part of these terms.

Opening a dispute freezes the held order funds in both directions until it is resolved.

Taking or requesting payment outside Gain Arcade; sharing another person's account without their permission; buying or selling stolen accounts, credentials or codes; harassment; and any attempt to obtain another user's identity, address or payout details.

We may suspend accounts, hold order funds and withhold payouts where we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering or chargeback abuse, for as long as an investigation reasonably requires.

The acceptable use policy has the full list and is part of these terms.

If you dispute a card payment with your bank rather than with us, we will present the order record, chat, timeline, delivery evidence and any code reveal timestamps, to the card network.

A chargeback filed on an order that was delivered, where you did not first open a dispute here, may result in your account being closed and the balance held pending the network's decision.

The Gain Arcade name, site and software are ours. Listing text, images and profile content are yours; you grant us a license to display and promote them on the marketplace and in marketing for it.

You may not upload publisher artwork, copyrighted images or another seller's copy. The DMCA policy explains how to report infringement and how to counter-notify.

You can close your account at any time once no order is open. We can suspend or close an account for a breach of these terms, for a legal or risk reason, or where a payment provider requires it.

Closing an account does not cancel a completed order's obligations: order funds already held are resolved under the dispute policy, and payouts already earned are paid to a verified method.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for the loss of a game account, in-game items, ranks, currency or progress, or for a publisher's decision to suspend an account.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We will give notice of material changes to these terms. Continuing to use the marketplace after they take effect is acceptance.

Gain Arcade is operated by Meridian Digital Enterprises LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the exclusive venue for any dispute with us is the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. You consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Consumers keep the mandatory protections and the courts of their country of residence. Nothing here removes a right you have under the consumer law of the place you live.
