Every order is payment-protected. The booster is paid only after you confirm.
Selling

Seller rules

These apply to everyone selling anything on Gain Arcade. They exist because every one of them has cost somebody their account, their money or both on marketplaces that did not have them.

GA-S01

One account per person

Permanent ban

One person, one seller account. If you are suspended or banned, a second account is a ban on both. Teams are the supported way to work with other people: add them to your team so the work is attributed and the split is on the record.

GA-S02

Sell what you listed

Suspension

The listing is the contract. Deliver the thing described, at the price shown, in the time quoted. If something changes mid-order, say so in the order chat and agree it before you continue.

GA-S03

Keep the deal on the platform

Permanent ban

Do not ask a buyer to pay you outside Gain Arcade, and do not move an order to another app to complete it. Buyer protection is the only thing standing between both of you and a bad day, and an off-platform deal has none of it. Sharing contact details to take payment elsewhere is the breach, not chatting.

GA-S04

Never ask for what you do not need

Permanent ban

You may ask for what the listing genuinely requires to do the job. You may never ask for a password reset code, a two-factor code, a recovery email, a backup code, or access to a buyer's email or phone. Nobody at Gain Arcade will ask for these either.

GA-S05

No cheating software, ever

Permanent ban

No cheats, scripts, macros, bots, exploits or third-party automation on a buyer's account or your own while fulfilling an order. This is the single fastest way to get a buyer permanently banned from a game they have spent years on, and we treat it as the most serious thing a seller can do.

GA-S06

Protect what you are given

Permanent ban

Credentials a buyer hands you are for that order and nothing else. Do not save them, do not reuse them, do not share them with anyone not on the order, and remove your access when the order closes.

GA-S07

No stolen, charged-back or recovered goods

Permanent ban

Everything you sell has to be yours to sell. Accounts obtained by phishing, purchase reversal, recovery-form abuse or bulk resale from an unverified source are not yours, and selling one is fraud rather than a policy breach.

GA-S08

Price and describe honestly

Suspension

No fake originals to make a discount look bigger, no delivery times you have never hit, no screenshots of somebody else's work as proof of yours. Reviews and levels are earned on real orders.

GA-S09

No review manipulation

Permanent ban

Do not buy your own listings, arrange orders with friends, offer anything in exchange for a rating, or pressure a buyer to change a review. A refund is never conditional on a review being removed.

GA-S10

Answer people

Warning

Reply to an order within 24 hours and to a dispute within 48. If you cannot work for a while, switch on vacation mode rather than leaving orders open. Silence on a live order is what turns a small problem into a chargeback.

GA-S11

Verification stays current

Permanent ban

Your identity has to stay verified and match the person receiving the payouts. Payouts go to an account in your own verified name. Sending your earnings to someone else's account is how a marketplace becomes a laundry, and it is treated that way.

GA-S12

Follow the game's rules too

Suspension

Ours are not the only rules that apply. Many publishers prohibit account sharing, boosting or selling outright, and breaking their terms can cost the buyer their account. Read the category guidelines for what we allow per game, and tell buyers plainly what the risk is.

What happens if you break one

Every decision cites the rule by its code and says what you did. Warnings escalate: a second breach of the same rule is a suspension, and a third is usually the end. A suspension pauses new listings, bids and withdrawals but lets you finish the orders you already have, so the buyers waiting on you are not stranded by it.

If you think a decision is wrong, reply to the email. Appeals are read by a person, and reinstatements happen.
