Every order is payment-protected. The booster is paid only after you confirm.
On every order

GainGuard

Your money is held by Gain Arcade, not handed to the seller, until you confirm the work is done. If the two of you disagree, we read the order record and decide, and the money moves with that decision. It protects both sides: a seller who delivered and filed their proof keeps the payment, and a buyer who did not get what they paid for gets it back.

Escrow

Your payment is held by Gain Arcade, not passed to the seller. They can see it is funded, and they cannot touch it until you confirm.

A record

The order chat, the delivery filing and the timeline are kept. That is what a decision gets made from, which is why deals moved off the platform cannot be protected.

Arbitration

If you disagree, a person reads the record and decides. Not the loudest argument, and not an automatic refund to make a complaint go away.

If you're buying

What you're covered for

Covered
  • Nothing arrives

The seller does not deliver, misses the deadline without agreeing a new one, or goes silent on a live order. Full refund.

  • What arrived is not what you bought

A lower rank than ordered, fewer coins than paid for, a different item, an account that does not match the description. Refund or partial refund depending on the gap.

  • A code or item that does not work

A gift-card code that is dead or already redeemed, an item that never lands. Refund, and the code is voided so it cannot be resold.

  • An account that gets taken back

The seller recovers, reclaims or locks an account after selling it. Full refund, the payout is reversed, and the seller is removed from the platform.

  • The seller asked for something they should not have

A request for a two-factor code, a recovery email or password reset access. Report it and the order is cancelled at no cost to you.

Not covered
  • A publisher acting on their own terms

If a game suspends or closes an account for boosting, account sharing or currency trading, that is the publisher's decision and we cannot reverse it. Every listing tells you the stance for that game before you pay. This is the real risk in this market and pretending otherwise would be dishonest.

  • Anything agreed off the platform

Payments sent directly, work arranged in another app, extras agreed outside the order. There is no escrow behind any of it and no record for us to arbitrate on.

  • Changing your mind after it is done

Work correctly delivered as described is not refundable because you no longer want it. Cancel before a booster starts and you are refunded in full.

  • Your own account security elsewhere

Reused passwords, phishing outside the platform, or handing credentials to someone who is not on the order.

If you're selling

You're protected too

The part most marketplaces leave out. A seller who delivered and filed their proof keeps the money, and a false claim does not become a refund just because it was loud.

Covered
  • The money is real before you start

Buyer protection is funded at checkout. An order that reaches you has already been paid for, so the work you do is never on credit.

  • A false claim is arbitrated, not assumed

A buyer saying nothing arrived does not refund them. We read the delivery filing, the chat and the timeline. Deliver properly and file your proof and you keep the money.

  • Chargebacks are fought with your evidence

If a buyer goes to their bank after confirming delivery, we represent the order record. Your filed proof is what wins those, which is why the filing step exists.

  • Scope creep is not your problem

Demands beyond what the listing described are not grounds for a refund. Agree extras in the order chat and they become part of the record.

  • Ratings from a resolved dispute get looked at

A review left in the middle of a dispute you win is reviewed and removed where it was retaliation.

Not covered
  • Anything you did not deliver on the platform

Off-platform work has no escrow and no record. We cannot pay you for it and cannot defend it.

  • Missing your own deadline

A deadline you set and did not meet, or an order you left unanswered, is decided against you.

  • Delivering without proof

The filing takes a minute and is what a dispute is decided on. Skipping it is choosing to lose the ones that go wrong.

Timing

How long you have

You get 3 days to check a delivery and either confirm it or raise a problem, and 7 days on an account purchase, where the thing that goes wrong usually shows up in the second week. Do neither and the money releases to the booster automatically, which is there so somebody who did the work is not left unpaid by silence. The claim window is separate and longer again.

CategoryTo confirmTo raise a problemWhy
coaching3 days7 daysA session either happened or it did not, and you know within the hour.
accounts7 days30 daysAccount recovery attempts show up in the second week, not the first day. The window is long enough to catch one.
currency3 days14 daysQuantity is checkable at delivery, but trade holds and split deliveries need room.
items3 days14 daysTrade holds in some games mean an item can take days to be usable.
gift cards3 days45 daysA code can sit unredeemed for weeks, and a stolen one only reveals itself when the buyer tries it. The claim window is long for the buyer, which is also why funds clear slowly for the seller.

Some games add to the confirm window on top of this, where the publisher's own behaviour makes a problem slower to surface. The listing tells you before you pay.

The one thing we cannot protect you from

Publishers make their own rules, and many of them prohibit boosting, account sharing or currency trading outright. If a publisher suspends or closes an account for that, it is their decision and no marketplace can reverse it. Anyone telling you otherwise is selling you something.

What we do instead is tell you the stance for that specific game before you pay, refuse to list the combinations where the odds are genuinely bad, and make the safer option easy: playing alongside a booster instead of handing over your login removes almost all of that risk, and it is offered on most listings.
