What may not be listed, said or done on the marketplace.

Not permitted to list
Stolen accounts, credentials, codes or currency, and anything obtained through fraud, phishing or a reversed payment.
Cheats, cheat subscriptions, scripts, macros, injectors, spoofers, or any software that automates play or evades anti-cheat.
Real-money services for games where the publisher's enforcement makes delivery impossible in practice, once we have said so.
Anything unrelated to game services, and anything unlawful in the buyer's or seller's country.
Not permitted to do
Ask for or make payment outside Gain Arcade.
Create multiple accounts to evade a suspension, inflate ratings, or bid on your own job posts.
Post fake reviews, trade reviews, or pressure a buyer to change or remove one.
Scrape the marketplace, or use it to harvest handles, prices or contact details at scale.
Attempt to obtain another user's legal name, address, payout details or credentials.
Conduct
No harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content, or content involving minors. No doxxing.
No impersonation of Gain Arcade staff, a publisher, or another user.
Disagreement is fine. Abuse is not, and support will close a ticket that becomes abusive.
Enforcement
Depending on severity: a warning, a listing removed, a feature restricted, a payout held, or an account permanently closed with pending balances resolved under the dispute policy.
Serious cases, stolen credentials, fraud, anything involving a minor, are actioned immediately and reported where the law requires.
