Is buying items & gear for Knockout risky?+
This game actively polices real-money currency trading. Deliveries are split to look ordinary and can take longer than the headline time. Take the smallest amount you actually need. We tell you the stance for each game before you pay rather than after, and we close the combinations where the odds are genuinely bad.
What happens if the seller doesn't deliver?+
Your payment is held by Gain Arcade, not passed to the seller, until you confirm the work is done. If nothing arrives, or what arrives is not what the listing described, you raise it and get your money back. You have 3 days after a delivery to check it over, and 14 days after that to report a problem.
When does the seller get paid?+
When you approve the delivery, or automatically 3 days after it if you don't respond. That automatic release exists so somebody who did the work is not left unpaid by silence, and the clock stops the moment you raise a problem.
What does it cost on top of the listing price?+
A payment processing fee at checkout, shown in the cart before you pay. Nothing else, and no fee at all if you cancel before a booster starts.
What does Gain Arcade charge sellers on Knockout items & gear?+
15% commission, taken only when an order completes. Cancelled and refunded orders are never charged, and sellers who complete more orders earn a lower rate.
How buying works
